Why can’t I message a donor?
To protect the donors, recipients can only reply to messages initiated by donors; Recipients cannot search for other recipients or donors; Recipient can only see information about donors who they are interacting with.
How do I reset my password?
By clicking the password reset link on the login screen. Enter the email linked to your account to receive a password reset code.
How to access settings ?
Open the navigation bar (Drawer), and tap on “Settings” to open the settings screen.
How do I change my password?
Open the settings screen and tap on “Change password” to change your current password
How to change my information?
Open the settings screen and tap on “Edit membership information” to modify your information
