Frequently asked questions
To protect the donors, recipients can only reply to messages initiated by donors; Recipients cannot search for other recipients or donors; Recipient can only see information about donors who they are interacting with.
If you forget to logout, the system will automatically log you out after 12 minutes.
By clicking the password reset link on the login screen. Enter the email linked to your account to receive a password reset email.
By using the block button under the profile picture, on the member card. The member card can be accessed by click the eye icon (from matches) or picture (from messages).
Due to legal matters, members are not able to completely delete their accounts, but can deactivate them. This will remove them from searches and make their information inaccessible to other members. Their existing messages, however will still be visible. They cannot compose new messages or replied to until their account is reactivated.
Becoming members of Gift O’ Life should be free of charge and is free of charge, however, the Wowzers do accept donations.
Servers and other equipment maintenance is expensive. Donations will greatly help sustain the application and bring better features to help close the gap between the organ recipients and potential donors.
